Board of Directors to host annual retreat Saturday

The City of Arkadelphia’s Board of Directors will be holding its annual retreat on Saturday, August 26 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Alumni Room at Ouachita Baptist University.

The annual retreat will feature a 2023 progress report from all departments, as well as a look forward to 2024 and beyond. Other topics of discussion will include:

  • Arkadelphia Alliance/Chamber of Commerce update
  • Salary study update
  • Mid-year adjustments discussion and resolution
  • Approval of Rose Hill designated funds for fence repair
  • Calendar for 2024 budget

This meeting will be open to the public. Those interested in attending are asked to arrive at the Alumni Room at Ouachita Baptist University by 9:00 a.m. to participate in the retreat.
