Board of Directors to meet June 6

The city’s Board of Directors will hold a regularly scheduled meeting Tuesday, June 6 in the Town Hall Board Room. The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m.

This meeting will be open to the public. Those planning to attend can enter from either side of Town Hall and should make their way to the second-floor board room.

A public hearing will be held during the meeting. Residents are invited to aid in deciding what playground equipment should be included in the future Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Park.

Local residents can watch the meeting and public hearing from home by tuning in to channel 9 on Suddenlink. City officials will be streaming the meeting live online.
