Fire Department accepting applications for full-time firefighter

The City of Arkadelphia is accepting applications for an entry-level firefighter position.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess a valid Arkansas Driver’s License.
  • Certified Firefighter I and II, preferred.

TO APPLY

Interested candidates should email a completed application to Fire Chief Jason Hunt, or deliver it to Fire Station 1 during its normal hours of operation.

All interested candidates must participate in a series of tests on Saturday, October 21 at Fire Station 1. Testing will begin at 9:00 a.m.
