Water bill deadline extended to Wednesday ahead of holiday weekend

The City of Arkadelphia’s Water Department is extending the deadline for customers to pay their water bill this month.

Residents will have until 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, November 22 to pay their November water bill.

“We understand the holidays are a crazy time for our customers,” Water Utilities Manager David Green said. “We hope giving them this extra time helps alleviate some stress, and allows everyone to pay their water bill ahead of Thanksgiving weekend.”

Typically, customers have until the 21st of each month to pay their water bills before shut-offs begin the following day.

Customers can pay their November water bill in person or online until 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, November 22. CLICK HERE to pay online.
