Parks & Rec to host pet adoption event May 6

Arkadelphia Parks & Recreation will be hosting a pet adoption day & shot clinic on Saturday, May 6 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Dogs and cats from the Humane Society of Clark County, Arkadelphia will be available for adoption at the Recreation Center. South Arkansas Veterinary Hospital will be providing the following vaccines for dogs and cats.

Dogs

– Rabies Vaccine ($10)
– Heartworm Test ($20)
– Distemper + Parvo Vaccine ($20)
– Bordetella Vaccine ($25)
– Distemper + Lepto Vaccine ($30)

Cats

– Rabies Vaccine ($10)
– Feline Distemper + Leukemia Vaccine ($36)
– FIP + Leukemia Vaccine ($58)
