The City of Arkadelphia’s Parks and Recreation Department is gearing up to host the biggest back-to-school party in Clark County. Parks and Rec’s “End of Summer Blowout!” is happening Saturday, August 12 and features a variety of family fun activities for everyone to enjoy.
The 4-hour, free event is designed to celebrate the end of summer and get area children excited for the school year ahead. Event coordinators have secured a variety of bounce houses, games and food trucks for attendees to enjoy. The night will end with a 10-minute professional fireworks show by Interstate Fireworks.
The End of Summer Blowout! will be held at Feaster Park from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Fireworks will begin at 8:40 p.m.
