Arkadelphia Water & Wastewater Utilities is proud to provide water and wastewater (sewer) services for its customers in an economical and reliable way, while consistently meeting and surpassing industry standards. In addition to serving Arkadelphia’s residents, the Water Department provides water to Caddo Valley, Gum Springs, Country Water Facilities and River Valley Water Facilities. 

Paying your water bill

Water bills can be paid at any time from 1st to the 21st of each month. Shut-offs are conducted after the 21st of each month.

If a resident pays within the first ten (10) days of the month, they will pay the lower rate listed on their water bill. If they pay after the 10th of the month, they will pay the higher rate on their bill. 

If it is after the 21st of the month and a resident has not paid their water bill, they are subject to shut-offs. 

Water bills can be paid online or in person using the deposit box outside Town Hall or at the front window of the Water Department.

The online payment portal closes at 5:30 p.m. on the 21st of each month. It reopens on the 1st of each month.

Hours of Operation

The Water Department’s main office is located on the first floor of Town Hall, located at 700 Clay Street.

Office Hours:
7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Thursday
7:30 AM – 11:30 AM, Friday

Payment Window:
7:30 AM – 4:45 PM, Monday – Thursday
7:30 AM – 10:45 AM, Friday

Night Deposit:
Open 24/7, the 1st – 20th of each month, and closes at 5:30 PM on the 21st of each month.
